Client:
The City of Hudson and Hudson City School District
Location:
Hudson, Ohio
Year:
2019
Role:
General Contractor
Scope:
Site development of a 10-acre site including site clearing and mass grading, wetlands protection, new utilities brought into the site, stormwater management with several bioretention ponds, fencing and gates, and site lighting. On the site, we built a new 10,000 SF salt barn for the City of Hudson and a 10,000 SF bus maintenance garage for the Hudson City School District. The salt barn construction consisted of cast in place concrete walls, wood trusses spanning the entire width of the barn, metal siding, and a shingle roof. The bus garage construction was a masonry structure with steel joists and included four pull through service bays, a pull through bus wash system, fluids distribution system, overhead crane, and vehicle lifts for a fully functioning maintenance garage. The space also included a cafeteria, locker/shower rooms, training rooms, a mezzanine storage area, and mechanical space.
We’ve completed a wide range of commercial projects—new construction, complex renovations, and everything in between. Each one reflects our commitment to doing the job right.
