Cavanaugh Building was officially established as an S Corporation in 1983, but our story began long before that. In 1929, Charles Burton Cavanaugh laid our foundation by starting a nursery and tree trimming service to support the rapidly growing neighborhoods of Summit County. As Akron expanded, so did we—evolving from site service specialists into a full-service general contracting company.
